We are one of the few local docks which are covered to keep your boat out of the elements as well as lifts to keep your boat out of the water! If you lease a slip from us, you will have 6 am to 11 pm access to your boat with fresh water, electricity and many with a boat locker to keep personal belongings and supplies. Slip leases include:

- Sea Wall slips are next to the seawall and generally have shallower water depths and only one finger pier.
- Sling slips come with two large straps and two motors to independently raise and lower your boat. These slips come with a remote control as well as slip side controls. Maximum dimensions as above.
- Cradle slips consist of a frame and adjustable boat guides that conform to your boat’s size and dimensions. These slips come with a remote control as well as slip side controls. Maximum dimensions as above.
